Most meals you definitely can. Our meals will last 5-7 days in the fridge and 1-2 months in your freezer. Feel free to always ask which meals can and can’t be frozen if you have any question whatsoever.
All of our food comes entirely pre-cooked with instructions on the label for proper reheating in the microwave or oven if needed. For the quickest way to warm your food; pop the top to vent, place the container in the microwave, and heat 1.5 – 2.5 minutes or until fully reheated. Make sure to remove all sauce containers or condiments before microwaving.
Absolutely not! We are open daily at our brick and mortar stores! Stop by anytime and grab fresh meals directly from our fridges inventory. Our fridges are always stocked for walk-in customers.
Like any company, we are at the mercy of our suppliers on a weekly basis. Our goal is to always use meats that have no hormones, no antibiotics, that are grass-fed, and fish that are wild-caught. We strive to source products that are top quality and do not cut corners on this.
Yes, since we cook/prepare all meals fresh we have to have an accurate count on all ingredients. That is why we ask that all online orders be placed online Thursday before 8pm EST. for the following Sunday/Monday pickup or delivery. If there is ever an issue, please call or email us to let us know. We can normally accommodate special requests or if you miss a deadline.

Yes we do delivery locally. We deliver weekly meals on Sunday evenings. Drivers should text or contact you once they drop your food off or on their way. Delivery is a $7.50 flat fee.
Pickups start every Sunday from 5:30pm-8pm and Mondays 10am-7pm. If you do forget to order, remember, we keep our fridges stocked with ready to go meals. Stop by one of our locations to shop directly from our fridges if needed.
All of our stores operate independently, so please check with your store for specific times. Most stores are open 7 days a week.
Due to strict guidelines we follow to order from our suppliers, we do not refund orders. We can issue credit for a future order. Subscriptions that have already been processed can not be refunded or stopped. All subscriptions must be canceled or paused prior to the following week's auto renewal. Non subscription orders that have been processed already that need to be canceled, will be credited back to your online profile. We can not refund orders that are canceled.
